In the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali describes the 9 Antarayas — the obstacles that arise in our practice and disturb our ability to stay consistent and disciplined. These obstacles can also interfere with any path or intention that we choose to pursue, that requires discipline, dedication and focus.

Throught this course, we’ll be exploring each of these obstacles and different ways to overcome them.
Along with the 9 x 30 minutes practices you will be receiving journaling prompts for each obstacle and 3 additional practices that can be added onto your daily physical practice or practiced later in your day. These practices will be focusing on helping you build courage and resilience to overcome any of the 9 obstacles.
